Open Access Policy

We follow the definition of the Budapest Open Access Initiative on "open access" to peer-reviewed scientific literature: it means free availability on the internet, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or reference the full text of these articles, collect them for indexing, enter them as data in software, or use them for any other legal purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers that are not inseparable from access to an internet connection. The only restrictions on reproduction or distribution and the only role for Copyright in this field is to give the authorship control over the integrity of their work and the right to be duly recognized and cited, under the Creative Commons license of Inquietude.
