Evaluation Process

It consists of the following steps (communicated to the author when appropriate):

1. 1. Formal Evaluation: Verification of the manuscript’s compliance with the Standards and the Aims and Scope of Inquietude, usually within 7 (seven) days after confirmation of receipt of the submission via Make New Submission;

   2. Content Evaluation: Submission of the peer-reviewed manuscript for double-blind analysis of its original philosophical content, usually taking 30 (thirty) negotiable days (access the Assessment Template used in this step);

   3. Review and Layout: in case of manuscripts approved (with or without recommendations) - which implies at least 2 (two) approvals and verification by the author - next is the final orthographic review and formatting, whose previously negotiated time slots will allow a biannual publication, that is, within a maximum period of 6 (six) months (except extraordinary situations expressly communicated and with the consent of the author);

   4. Publication: the semestrality of Inquietude seeks consonance with the academic cycles of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), it is sufficient that the person interested in the deadlines for publication inquire about the respective Academic Calendar at the time of submission.
