Heidegger’s critique of the concept of substance and the metaphysics of subjectum
a confrontation with the teory of knowledge

In the present paper we intend to clarify the meaning of Heidegger’s critique of the notion of substance and subject bequeathed by metaphysical tradition and by theory of knowledge. Therefore, in order to accomplish this task, it will be necessary to explain man’s way of being as being-in-the-world, as is argued by the philosopher in Being and time.
