The relationship between right, power, and feminism
An impossibility of 'justice' according to Nietzsche and Carol Smart

This article aims to demonstrate Nietzsche's conception of justice from the second phase of his thinking in works such as Genealogy of morals, The dawn of day, and Human, all too human. It is about the genealogical perspective in which justice as 'in itself' and 'eternal truth' are deconstructed to problematize the conception of law as a contribution of 'justice' to feminist struggles. What 'justice' do women seek? Is this possible or is the relationship between power, law and justice already committed to an androcentric morality? In order to understand this issue, we will bring to the meeting of Nietzsche, Carol Smart, The woman in legal discourse (1992), for whom the law, gendered power, is the impossibility of 'justice', although it is also the stage of resistance.
